Worst service experience i received from a company

I must say after non delivery of the roses on valentines to my wife to getting my money back that was taken because the system error from Netflorist site. This has made me one less customer of this company Netflorist. I will never order anything from them as i have been pushed from pillar to post and explaining myself to 5 different people almost a week ago. Everytime i have been promised to get my money but was unsuccessful.
