Worst service ever, you ruined my anniversary

The worst I have ever experienced, you guys ruined our anniversary. Placed an order on the 30th on received it on the 4th feb. on top of that you deliver it to the wrong address and gave it to the security guard and not the person it meant for. We tried so many times to cancel this order since you guys didn’t deliver on time. The level of poor communication, you guys placed me on hold for over 8 minutes. You guys should close your company honestly cause it useless.
