Worst Service EVER on any online Purchase Ive done

I do a purchase for Same day Delivery add a special note and Kindly request the delivery to be done before 3PM today.<br> <br> You accept my payment! I sent an email to confirm if all is in order and get an automated machine response that says someone will get back to me. I hesitate and think that All will be fine. Just a bit before 3 I try again a bit enraged and send a follow up email and try to phone. I do not get through to anyone and only hear an irritating voice trying to sell **** and asking after around every 3 minutes if I'm still there, *** service is this???<br> <br> I get home to an upset fiance That left after 3pm from work not receiving anything.<br> <br> You really embarrassed me and the worst of all is there was no human intervention in between all of this.<br> <br> This will not be the last you hear from me!!!
