Worst Service Ever - Not reliable - Find an alternative if you want to be happy and stress-free

Worst experience ever. Placed my first order about 2 years ago (pre-covid) 3 days before the delivery date and the item was delivered at 17:00 at a business address. And surprise surprise, service has not improved 'til today. Placed an order in the morning and got confirmation that the order was out for delivery on the website at 11am and now its 15:30 and they just sent me an email telling me that the order just went out for delivery. I clearly stated that the order had to be there by 16:00 as the person knocks off at 16:00 and was given the runaround and when i asked for my refund i was told that i would get my money back less 15% and less delivery fee for items not delivered. Horrible experience. Order number ***.
