Worst service ever ..not once not twice , 3 times

<p>I must say I have on 2 occassions sworn I would never use Netflorist again but this was the final straw on the camels back .</p> <p> </p> <p>This week I ordered 3 boquets from Netflorist and what a dissapointment I had when they failed to deliver my boquet to my friend .</p> <p>At 4.30 pm my friend had not received the flowers . I spoke to Valentino who told me his driver would not make my friends office by 5 . I told him that on two occassions I had told them to deliver before 5 as the offices closed then and they never did .He said I could let him have a home address and he would then tell his driver to take it to the home address as delivery would only be at 5.30 . I did not have her address as she had just moved so I had to phone her to ask her address . I called back and no one wanted to put me to Valentino and two people insisted on helping me . I explained to whoever answered the phone the problem and told him the problem and that I had a new address where the flowers could be delivered and he told me that as it was too late they would then deliver today being Saturday . I told the gentlemen that it was unacceptable as my friend would not be working and by Monday the flowers wouldnt be as nice . I asked to speak to a manager twice and was refused . Now my friend must sit with a bunch of old delapidated flowers .I wanted this to be a special surprise but now its a real downer for me as its all such a mess .This is the 3 rd time to the same person so obviously that area is left till last .What happened to the advert of the same day delivery Bull**** because twice now they have been delivered late . I AM TOTALLY UPSET AND DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER USE NETFLORIST AGAIN . I CAN IMAGINE ALL THE DISSAPOINTMENTS ON VALENTINES DAY SO IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT USE THEM AS YOU WILL BE IN THE DOG BOX AND YOU ***** WILL BE DISSAPOINTED .USE SOMEONE ELSE .</p> <p> </p>
