worst service ever. managers are a joke

I placed an order on for some roses for my Wife. My special instructions where to deliver before 11am. Knowing I placed the order a few days prior to the delivery date that it would be pisibke. These roses was for my wife's birthday. The delivery only left them at 1:30PM. I have been on the phone for almost two hours trying to get a manager to solve my problem and have been so unsuccessful. The service is a joke. Who in earth would pay over R500 for flowers and get a delivery close to 4pm. That the HELL. Her birthday will almost be over. We pay for this dam delivery service. It's not free why do we have to go through all this bilull****. Never again will i support this company.
