Worst service ever from Netflorist

Placed an order yesterday morning and delivery was never made even though wsite says delivered and received an e-mail notification of delivery!!!! Phoned this morning to follow up and they advised that it is still @ the hub which after 9. Still no delivery told me my order was out since 13:00 and still no delivery! You would think if an order was placed the previous day it would go out early the next day!
