Worst service ever experienced

Ordered small little bouquet on Netflorist on 14 Sept 8am for same day delivery. It is now 15 Sept 13h00 and still no flowers delivered. Lots of promises that Management will contact me, still waiting. Absolutely ruined what was suppose to be a special surprise. Quick to take your money but VERY slow on delivering a service. Will NEVER use Netflorist again.
