Worst service ever

Netflorist are ****** and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their service. I have been chasing them for my refund after they failed to deliver on an order and they have been pushing me from pillar to post. I spoke to their representative Keano, and he insisted that I would not get my refund until a collection was done, but there was no delivery to begin with. I'm very upset, I placed my order in Dec 2021 but it is now May 2022 without a resolution. I have never been treated so badly, POOR SERVICE FROM EVERYONE AT NETFLORIST!!!
