Worst service ever! DO NOT USE NETFLORIST!!!

Worse service ever! Expensive for no damn reason when you can't even deliver on your promise even when already late by a whole day. I had an order that was meant to be delivered for someone's birthday on the 25th, today is the 26th and they are rescheduling again for the 27th. Such nonsense. R800 for a bouquet of flowers and this is the service I get? Sies man! Took me seconds to pay you now you telling me about 3 days to process my refund. Spoke to Bridget all day who was already lying to me and making stupid promises that they did not keep.
