Worst Service Ever!!

They are happy to take orders and money but cannot deliver on their promises!! Placed an order on the 12th of Feb for flowers to be delivered to my office as my husband wanted to surprise me. By the time I left the office the order wasn’t even out for delivery on the tracking so we had to change the address to our home address. The tracking the changed that it is out for delivery but nothing has arrived as yet. Phoned just to be told it’s our fault for changing the address but who is in the office until 8 at night on valentines so they can deliver something!? Worst service ever!!
