Worst service ever

Hi all I am extremely guttered aboutbthe lies and the games netflorist has wen it comes to them delivering today I ordered flowers for my wife today spoke to them.on their chat app and also tool my time to get the order and payment to them done and this was all today neh order done at 10am it's now 4:39 i even got back home from work I'm now with my wife no deliver I call them to cancel.the order they make me hold for 10minutes no respond ....no more I just want my money back katleho their agent placed me on hold for more than 10mins
