Worst service EVER

I ordered 2 x chopping boards on the 4th of May for Mother's day to be delivered the 11th of May. The first order "sorry" email fell in my inbox the 8th of May...the item is unavailable...the 2nd "sorry" email falls in my inbox the day the second chopping board should have been delivered. This after my mother received a SMS from NetFlorist reading she will be receiving her gift today...What the hell!!! REALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER
