Worst Service Ever

They didn't deliver my order and when I called to complain the guy who answered the phone dropped my call. I called again to cancel the order and asked to speak to the manager and I was told the manager will call. I then got a call from a guy from netflorist notify me that my order is despatched. When I told him that I cancelled the order there he was saying "oh, now I remember you cancelled" then dropped the call. Order no: ***
