Worst service ever

I placed an order and paid on thursday by 8am last week for same day delivery. I receive an email late taht evening thst the item is out of stock and till now now one has rep**** back to me regarding my refund. Call centre hasn’t called me back neither has the person re**** back on my email to date.

Worst service ever and till no they owe me my money that was paid!!!
