WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service ever. I have ordered a Birthday present on the 29 July 2019 and it was supposed to be delivered at a school address. This is a Business where they keep on telling me it is a residential address. It is a business and has trading hours. The delivery is supposed to be delivered on the 2de of August and the school is clocking off at 1 o’clock they still have not left the building. This is not the first time this has happened to me it is the 3de time.
