Worst service ever...27/10/2016

<p>Sending a surprise gift for a birthday should be memorable and a surprise...the service received from Netflorist was the worst I have ever experienced. I did a same day delivery (as it was a birthday surprise), not only did they not deliver the same day, when it got delivered the next day, the flowers were in a ********** state, looked like they were left over night in the delivery truck with no water, not only were the flowers "damaged", the card that went with was al bend and crumbled...</p> <p>After a call to the call agent, money back was promised and the collection of the goods, which in their books is the best they can do, however, from a customer experience and quality perspective the noble idea of a birthday surprise of the utmost quality and on time delivery was not met, thus destroying that special moment for the receiver of the parcel. I would recommend that you do not use the Netflorist services...ever.</p>
