Worst service ever

Worst service I have ever received. Nightmare started on 27 January ordered flowers that they never delivered then asked to be refunded its now 10 March and issue still not resolved. Discovery vitality have also not been of any help I only get emails that i will be contacted in 3-4 days and nothing happens.

I'm very dissapointed.
