Worst service ever

I am shocked at the way you run your company and your customer service sucks.

I am a first time buyer and THIS will be my last time. I have never had such shocking service in my life before.

I place an order yesterday 13th Feb2019 as a valentines gift for my wife and wanted it delivered today 14th Feb 2019. I logged into the system this morning and it said out on delivery. By 11:30 i became concerned and tried to call a few times. Finally someone answered my call just after 12;00. They lady unfortunately i forgot her name ( extremely useless ) said that she can’t give me a time and that she tracked it and my delivery was number 8 and that they are on number 5. After and hour i call back to follow up, to my shock it was still at your office and not even out on delivery. So the lady **** to me. I then spoke to a manger and he promised me feedback at 16:00 and it will be delivered by 16:30. NOTHING NO FEEDBACK NO DELIVERY. You have left me so embarrassed and the lack of customer feedback is shocking. As i type this email i have been trying to call ********** 05 and the call has been ringing for 14 mins and 56 sec no answer. My order number is # ********** 24

I called back AGAIN and now i get told they cant deliver today valentines day. After i followed up all day and got promised that they would.

You guys are shocking and i will be going to social media.
