Worst service ever

What was supposed to be a surprise, turned into a complete nightmare for my husband ! Wanted to treat and surprise me for Valentines day,but what a disappointment... !!! After having to sit and wait at the office for an extra 2 hours on a Friday afternoon, and spoiling the surprise, we were promised that delivery took place on Saturday... SURPRISE SURPRISE, this never happened! ! Eventually my delivery came on Sunday at 16h00..... But no Lindt chocolates and no personalised ribbon... !!! NetFlorist you *****ed up this one and definitely lost 2 clients !! Don't advertise what you can't deliver !!!
