&^%*&^% WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I wish I can give you half a star, and that will only be for the lady that helped me in your call centre yesterday on MOTHERSDAY!!!!! It is also the very last time i will be using NetFlorist, I phoned and spoke to Lindor at your call centre to make sure my payment was received, she said that she can see my payment and that she will allocate the payment for it to be delivered on Mothersday to my mom, phoned yesterday on mothersday and I spoke to another lady, not sure what her name is and she advised that she doesn't know why Lindor said that it will be delivered because it is not out on delivery. This is unacceptable, when you live far from your mother we use people like YOU to get our gifts out to our parents but sadly my mother received NOTHING for mothers day. Thanx to NetFlorist. You have to sort your customer service out as this is the WORST SERVICE EVER and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE YOU!!!!!
