WORST SERVICE EVER!

We ordered Valentines Day gifts online, paid a nifty amount, requested it be delivered on 14th February 2018. NO delivery on the day, tried calling/emailing and was put on hold or disconnected each time. The day went by with no special surprises delivered.

I ordered 2 gifts, only ONE was delivered after the fact?? I expect a refund, and if I don't hear from this company SOON, I am going to take matters further!!

What a terrible, terrible service!!!!
