Worst service ever

I would like to start by saying even the one star that I placed in this complaint is not deserved you know they say that you can do 10 good things and 1 bad thing but people only notice the one bad thing which is true. Yesterday I placed an order valued at 700/800 Rand which was delivered today unfortunately the delivery wasn't on time and I've already fetched my girlfriend however my gfs brother was home to accept the delivery to a surprise the driver commented that he was sick and tired of delivering to them and this guy being me doesn't have the ***** to ask my girlfriend out instead I send flowers and a card every Thursday. Well I guess netflorist doesn't need customers and would like us to stop purchasing from them which I will do this delivery guy should actually be fired if he wants to crack jokes and be a clown he should join the circus. His job is strictly to deliver not to past his worthless comments. I contacted the complaints department as soon as I heard about this and spoke to a representative who was in shock she immediately contacted the durban manager who was suppose to contact me back before Close of business today I have recieved no call back so I can now assume my complaint meant nothing and my business means nothing I have future orders with netflorist which I will be canceling as I will be choosing a different company who will deal more professionally then you'll.
