Worst service ever

Good day. On April 15 i ordered flowers for a girl. First thing they have delivered the order 2 ours late. Also the flowers that she have received was not the flowers that i ordered. And they also send a card with it, that i did not ordered, The card that they also send with it is for a woman that is pregnant and expecting a baby girl. This is completely unacceptable. And put me in a bad light. Ref number ***
