Worst service ever

Ordered 2 items for delivery on the 25th of July as birthday gifts, they indicated they could deliver on the specified day. Day later received mail, indicating delivery has moved to 27th, one item only delivered on 28th. Flowers received was not at all as ordered - pretty sure a 3 year old would have done a better job putting it together. Sent various mails with pictures to complain, but they just don't resolve anything, just informs you that the order has been delivered and apparently they can deliver any **** and it is fine with them, because the order was delivered. If you want to waste money, this is how you do it - make use of Netflorist!
