Worst service ever

<p>I am writing this message so disheartened. I've always known you guys to make memorable moments special; this is why I happily put in an order for a delivery for a friends birthday. Being based in Jhb and my friend in Durban, this was supposed to be the perfect solution. I placed and paid for the order on the 11th, anticipating delivery would be made yesterday on the 12th. I was called at 15:30 yesterday to be told delivery would not be made because NetFlorist does not deliver in Umlazi. And very unsympathetically told the only solution was to cancel the order. How can i be told this at the end of the day?!?!? I understand not being to reach some areas; this should have been said on confirmation of the order. I would like to think that orders are vett before the day and time of delivery giving me a chance to make alternative arrangements. Secondly, one wonders how many orders have been cancelled because "that was the only solution". The staff were so quick to cancel, not even willing to listen to my woes. This experience has been extremely disappointing and would like to think this is not how you do things. Please let me know a better way forward regarding my undelivered order.</p>
