Worst service ever
<p>I'm not happy at all with the service I've received from you guys, I placed an order( ********** 66) yesterday at 11 for same day delivery at that did not happen I had to call the call centre twice only to be notified that the florist does not have the flowers I ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then cancelled the order and when I called this morning i was notified that the order has not been cancelled and will be delivered today the florist was called to confirm order in which they, i then let the order be processed cause I figured at least they will get the flowers today rather than no flowers at all, when i called again to check my order I was told it was cancelled yesterday, when I check my order it says released (don't know what that means)</p> <p> </p> <p>Its either your systems suck or the way in which you do business is very bad, I'm a new customer to net florist and I'm not happy at all, </p>
