Worst Service Delivery ever

Twice did the Call Centre Agents promise me that my Order will be Delivered before end of Business on 30 - 8 - 2017. ( Business Hours 8:00-17:00 )

They rock up at the Business where they were suppose to Deliver after hours and obviously the Business will be closed. Phone several times to arrange Delivery to your House.

Firstly the Delivery was suppose to take place during Business Hours as promised. Secondly to phone a person after work in their personal time to still make the Delivery is unacceptable. You intrude, disrupt a persons personal space and time. To make a Delivery two Hours later as promised is unacceptable. No one phoned and asked if we can re - schedule the Delivery or to inform me the Delivery will be late, can we still deliver or make alternative arrangements.

Worst Service ever. I am very angry and disappointed.

You Pay a lot of Money for a same Day Service delivery they promise me twice it will be before end of Business - just to find that is total ****.

I will never make use of their services again.
