WORST SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I placed an order on Netflorist on the 6th of April for a 50th birthday balloon bouquet scheduled delivery on 12 April. This was for my mother who was turning 50. 12 April came and another lady signed for the package and she brought it to me just before 10. I immediately saw they delivered a 21st balloon bouquet and one of the balloons was already starting to deflate. The driver wasn't gone even 5 minutes after I spoke to a consultant and she assured me the driver will come and change it to the right balloon. 5 HOURS LATER no driver with the correct balloon had showed up. Once again I phoned then another consultant told me they can only do a collect and exchange on the 13th which i told her was unacceptable. After putting me on hold se told me the driver will come and do the exchange when he is finished at his current delivery. This was just before 14h00. At 15h10 I phoned ONCE AGAIN where another consultant told me they can't come before 4 and I explained to her that the lady it was intended for has already left for the day and I will also be leaving at 15h30. She then spoke to the driver and assured me the driver will be here before 15h30. I left at 15h35 and no driver had shown up. I sent an email to Netflorist and have not yet received a reply. I got a message after 18h00 from a lady at the office saying that she left just after 17h00 and no one from Netflorist showed up. This morning a driver shows up with a SINGLE 50th balloon tied to a rusted *****. And wanted to hand it to me and leave. I asked the driver what I am suppose to do with a single balloon to attach it to a whole bouquet. He then had to remove the 21st balloon and tie the 50th balloon where the already deflating balloon was almost halfway deflated so the whole bouquet looked terrible when I had to hand it to the lady whose birthday was already yestersay. This was the first time I have ever placed an order on Netflorist, a company I have heard just good things about and I will certainly not be doing it again.</p>
