WORST SERVICE DAMAGED CAKE

Ordered a cake for the 4th they send a broken cake with no words and all they say is SORRY WE WILL SWOP IT ON THE 10th PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR PARTY. This is the second time for them to send the wrong birthday cake atleast the first time the cake wasn’t broken This time it’s really disappointing it was damaged what and embarrassing moment at 15:00 where will one get a birthday cake at such short notice
