Worst service

I ordered a PINK hooded bath towel as a baby shower gift and they delivered the wrong color, I emailed them and they sent someone to pick up the parcel and they gave me a voucher to buy again, I placed another order and guess what!? the wrong item was delivered AGAIN. I reached out to them on Monday the 7th and they haven't rep**** to my email and today its the 10th. Do these people even care? Who gets an order wrong twice? I am never ordering from them again. They deserve a-1 rating but thereres no option.
