Worst Service

I am so sad and disheartened. A friend of mine's son past away the past weekend. Memorial was on Thursday. Ordered a Bonsai to be delivered on that day to the event address. Thursday, after the memorial, they phone to say they're out of stock. Promised to phone me today to make new arrangements because now they have again. They didn't phone. I phoned. Bonsai still out of stock and order cancelled. During a time of grief and sadness and Netflorist manages to make it even worse for us. I will never ever use them again. And DON'T apologise for your bad service because that is not making anything better!
