Worst Service

One of the worst experiences i have had, ordered mothers day gifts to be delivered Friday the 7th, only to follow up and realize they are out of stock. but no one informs you, you have to call them a 100 times, secondly gifts only arrive on Monday, personalized gifts come with out boxes, covered in dust and dirt, look so untidy, all different types of ribbon. the state of the gift was terrible. lastly they promised to refund 50% of my money, still have not received anything
