Worst service

I recently raised a complaint with Netflorist. I received no response and wrote a HelloPeter review, after which a received an e-mail stating they will investigate. Three days later I have still received no follow-up, response or solution for the problem. Poor service, horrible customer service. I will never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
