Worst roses ever bought !!!!!!

I have had the worst experience for the 3rd time with netfkorist. On the 12 august I ordered some roses and received the worst looking white roses I have ever seen. It seems that they are left overs from the week before. I have sent a complaint the same day and no reply Their call center can't help. This is really ridiculous and embarrassing.
