Worst Place Ever!

Absolutely useless! They have now completely messed up 3 orders of mine. I order specific items, specific colours and they just send another completely different product without even checking with me if they can substitute the item with another item. Orders are late, when I specify delivery dates. Communication is shocking. They promise vouchers as "compensation" which you never receive.
