Worst performer of note, NETFLORIST

It is Appling that organisation such as Netflorist undermines its customers to this degree in this day and age. One place order and confirm payment based on agreed timeliness. I placed an order on 12 February and with confirmed delivery on 14 February 2023. I then got a message on 14 February 2023 morning that order is out for delivery, it seems it's delivered in space as today got another message of delivery of something that was needed on 14 not 16 Feb, they are good on auto reply and emails stating ticket resolved, I sent the email complaining on the same date just before 17h00 and canceling the order due to failure of meeting the agreed timeliness, np one called nor responded, except getting message of another delivery date when the person suppose to get the delivery not even there. I was clear on canceling the order and all I expect is refund fast as they want the money when placing an order. Such unprofessionalim and undermining attitude for such a company, maybe it's lack of competition l. That was my last order with them. Here they might have time to respond as its public unlike the private
