Worst online shop that pretends to care!!!!

Beyond frustrated!!!! I made an order yesterday for my husband's birthday and I'm still waiting. He has left work and it defeats the whole purpose. Frankly i would not recommend even to my worst enemy, I called them at 15h30 and was told that I am no# 18 on their list? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!! Until now no one has contacted me
