Worst Online Service Ever!!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 8th of Feb to be delivered on the 14th as a Valentine's day gift. At 8am we received an SMS from the couriers saying it is out on delivery. At 11 I tracked the delivery for it to show that the delivery was unsuccessful. Lived chatted with an agent who told me the couriers got hijacked but I was given a new order number and delivery will still be made today. At 3PM I tried to start another live chat and no response. I called in 3 times and eventually spoke to an agent who said that my order is out on delivery and will be here by 5pm. It is now 6:22 and still no delivery. I am unable to track the new order number as it says it doesn't exist, I asked the lady for tracking details and she said they do not have one as delivery will be made by their own drivers, my old order number show's the status as cancelled and I amunable to contact anybody now because they close at 5. I am so ****ed off at this point.
