Worst most pathetic service

<p>For the third time netflorist has disappointed me that they failed to deliver my order. I phoned to confirm 4 times today and at all times the consultant said they confirmed the driver left with the order at 10am and will definitely deliver today. At 16h30 I called for the last time and was told they deliver to home addresses between 4pm and 7pm which I at the time thought was bull s. However I said are you sure and to confirm with driver and she once again like the rest of the consultants said they are 100% sure it will be delivered. </p> <p>It is now 9pm and I yet await for the sure delivery of my order. With pathetic service like this evening a refund doesn't make up for the inconvenience and disappointment of not surprising and making that person feel special.</p> <p> </p> <p>Truly you should change your welcome voice to say we will surely put you in the dog box and make you feel worst than anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusting service</p> <p> </p>
