Worst Gift Ever - Terrible Service

I am appalled at the service I am receiving and the condition of the Gift that Netflorist sent on the 13/02/2018, the lilies as where broken/smashed and looked dry and wiltered as if they were prepared and kept in storage for days before delivery? I am really disgusted that an organization as huge as netflorist will give this kind of service to recurring paying customers, this is not my first order but after this I am doubtful to use there services ever again.
