Worst flower service

I ordered flower from Netflorist to be delivered in Northwest Isoseng for a bereavement, order number ***. The order was accepted and paid for. Netflorist cancelled the order without my approval because they had a system problem and they do not deliver in that area flowers. The Netflorist system gives you the area and zone's, does this look like a system that does not deliver in that area, than update your system NOT to give or display those areas Now if the system accepts it I do expect Netflorist to honor the order and do the delivery. I was told by Wendell that they will not deliver the flowers as they do not have branch in Northwest and must order a hamper or take the credit. So much for NO service.
