Worst florist in town

I'm so unhappy with net florist. We placed an order 24hours before delivery. They still didn't deliver the flowers, we logged a call, and they just happily closed the ticket without making sure the query was resolved. 48 hours later still no flowers. This is disgusting retail service. Never again,
