WORST FLORIST EVER!

I wish I had looked at the reviews for this company before ordering. I ordered a rose bush for my Moms 70th Birthday and they sent her a Poinsetta (hardly comparable). When I complained they made me send a photo of the flowers and arranged to pick them up and replace them. The day they were supposed to pick them up she received a call to say they didn’t have any roses. They ruined her 70th birthday. I live in the UK and had to make several calls just to get a refund. But no one even addressed what had happened. I now have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back.
