Worst experience, not nearly the same order 😡

Worst experience ever,cant believe they even feel sarisfied to send it out to a customer. Im disgusted in this order and hope netflorist doesnt give this bad service to other clients aswell

Photos attached, red roses in black wrapping is what my girlfriend received, clearly netflorist staff are coulour blind and cant copy an image.

Now they cant even respond to my email of yesterday, but they are quick to send out a totally wrong ugly looking order. Photos attached on my google review!!
