Worst experience Netflorist - RUDE employees

Worst company ever!!!! got my order wrong, delivered a stupid thing in stead of a bracelet order double the value. Calling their customer service is wasting your time, people are RUDE and just put the phone down while you are speaking. DO NOT SUPPORT them unless you want the worst experience of your life, second time in a row they did this!!! they ***** your money and i was told, Oh well if the item is out of stock then we will just have to refund your money, 10 year anniversary ruined thanks to Netflorist
