WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... They don't CARE

The worst experience ever. After spending almost R5000, they did not deliver on set date, a Friday... All was rescheduled for the Monday (today). The recipients, SUPER excited.. awaiting their gifts. GUESS what. Netflorist can now only deliver TOMORROW, or so they say. I do not believe a word. Their response by phone and via WhatsApp is completely different... and DON'T try to ask for a manager. If I have to Harold's smirky false telephone answering message once MORE.. At the moment, I'm holding on for the operator. Oh wait, they just cut me off, again...
