Worst experience ever, order not delivered, stole my money, ****************!

I placed an order the previous day for our anniversary. Order went out for "delivery" to Pretoria early the next morning, but by 3pm when my wife was about to leave school it was still not delivered. Called them a few times before that but they were "unable" to assist or even tell me the location of the driver - when I finally found someone that could tell me he said the driver is in Centurion... I can only assume they have only 1 driver servicing both JHB and PTA?? Terrible!!! I had to cancel the order, but was only refunded a portion - OUTRIGHT STOLE R150 from me after I got no service, no gift for my wife and had to deal with their terrible helpline. Really uphauled with this kind of service in this day and age.
