WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

What a disappointment.

I ordered a get well flowerpot with a box of chocolates and a balloon for my sister was discharged from Hospital yesterday.

I just received an email confirmation to say the my order had been delivered and signed for by Noku Security.

What is the use of adding a contact number for the person who is receiving the gift, if the delivery is being made to a random person that its not even meant for.

PLEASE REFUND ME MY R339.80

I have been on hold for 20 mins straight with no assistance as we hold for the "driving department"
