Worst experience.

Netflorist has been absolutely terrible. I placed an order on the 10th of March for same-day delivery, but they rescheduled it for the next day without notifying me. I had to follow up to confirm the rescheduled delivery, only to be told that it wouldn’t be delivered because office deliveries cut off at 1 pm. My order has been "processing" since yesterday, and I only found out after reaching out to them that it wouldn’t be delivered.

I spoke with Rose, but instead of trying to ensure my order was delivered today, she kept pushing me to cancel it, constantly asking if I wanted to cancel. This is just ridiculous service. I won’t be using this platform again.
